Kelly is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughters always feel very comfortable with her. Going to the doctor is never a scary thing that they don’t want to do.

My son is a little different socially. He is very intelligent and aware of many scientific and medical terms. Most adults, even medical providers, listen to him and then say something to ME in front of him about how he is how surprising/intelligent he is. But Kelly doesnt do that, she just adjusts what she says to be more advanced, even offering to refer him to articles substantiating what's she saying. This has made all the difference in getting treatment for my son's mental health because he trusts her and she doesn't make him feel different or weird.
