Kelly is extremely thorough and friendly. She spent a lot of time with us, and explained everything she was doing to my son (e.g. checking his spine for scoliosis and what that is). She explained the vaccines and vaccine options. Kelly also told my son a few stories about her own children, and that helped make the appointment comfortable for him :)
