Katy Hassan was great. Fast, efficient and thorough. She presented herself and her qualifications very well and proceeded to get right to my concerns. She's a very good communicator and very knowledgeable about her field. She did an ultrasound and a nasal scope right in her office to allay my fears about suspected issues with sialoadenitis and adjacent structures.
