The physician was kind and informative and shared details on the what's and why’s during the exam. I left with more knowledge of the physical anatomy, more importantly, mine. P.S. You didn't ask about the nurse who took my vitals. She was just as kind and amazing!

I am positive that she would treat everyone the same, she's courteous, understanding and goes to great lengths to explain all aspects of their visit. The difference between seeing Ms. Hassan and somewhere other than at Northwestern is huge. She is what makes NWM the best.

She cares and will talk to you about your issues. She spends time with her patience and not rush. I come 3 hours away to see her. I would be mad if I was there for only 5 minutes
