Wasted my time; she can’t prioritize; unfocused; doesn’t remember details which she either fails to refer to records or else she never records those details in the first place. But I understand she’s new and maybe she needs to learn more. I just wish it wasn’t me she’s learning on. She does seem to be a very nice person.

Karen provides me with the information I need as well as answers all of my many questions. She is so kind and I am grateful to have her during such a difficult time for me.
