Dr. Davis came across as very intelligent, well informed and extremely competent with the use of the computer not only for patient records but also with the use of the computer for ear and hearing aid analysis and diagnosis. She was patient, kind and gracious every step of the way from diagnosis to application of new hearing aids. additionally,, I was impressed at the way Dr. Davis kindly and patiently taught the medical student who thad been assigned to her, all that is designed for analysis, diagnosis and treatment of the hearing impaired.

Dr. Davis was polite, professional, consultative about my options. All with a very positive demeanor. Although I wouldn't want to face new hearing issues, I'd certainly come back to get Dr. Davis' help again.

Ms. Davis has always been forthcoming in answering all my questions. I like her presentation of materials: complete and easy to understand. I appreciate that she is not "selling" my hearing aids.

I felt totally comfortable and informed the entire time. Her personality is conducive to effective conversations. She seems to be a genuinely nice and caring person and she laughed at my jokes which makes her extra special.

Dr. Davis was very thorough in explaining my hearing test results and showing my options. She took time to answer all my questions, she was very responsive to messages through the portal. Not to mention friendly and up-beat.

First time hearing aid user. Julia spent 90 minutes with me today ensuring that I understand hearing Aid instructions, practiced with me on insertion, cleaning instructions--everything!!

Dr Davis did a wonderful job getting me equipped with new hearing aids. Followup went smoothly, and when a small problem became apparent, I was able to get in for an appointment. Dr Davis was able to make a modification to keep me from being without one of my hearing aids. She's the best!
