Julia is AWESOME! Obviously smart and skilled in her profession. Very easy to talk to. Great listener of the patient. Answered my endless questions with confidence and reassurance. She walked me through a very complex discussion to help me make the best decision for myself (regarding 1st time hearing aids). I feel like she really understood my concerns and guided me accordingly. She did not make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone in need of a highly competent and compassionate audiologist. Thank you NM! I am a physician at NM and will absolutely be recommending her to my patients.
