Because she is a doctor that’s truly concern about her patients and she listen to you about your medical problems to find out about what’s going on with you.

Personable. Listens to your concerns. Easy to talk to. She has this personality that just makes you feel at ease and comfortable. She does not have an air of being a doctor.She addresses your concerns

She seemed very green and not super confident. She also used the term “homosexual” which is an out dated and borderline offensive term.

It was my first office visit to Dr. Jenny Jia and I was full of anticipations and sure enough she met them :1.) she was punctual to see me.2. )She was very welcoming .3.) she let me talk and she listened.4.) she answered my questions / concerns professionally & to my satisfaction.5.) she provided a very comfortable atmosphere during our dialogue.6.) she’s very efficient in her specialty of medicine.Most of all….. she treated me as a fellow human being , not just a number!

Very warm, thorough care. She took time to listen to me and think through what to do in terms of my treatment, especially a very puzzling issue I am having. She went through every scenario and decision and also discussed with me. Additionally, I shared some new family history that I am concerned about and she was able to provide reassurance and education about it. She’s a very good doctor.

It was only the one visit and I have no real sense of her, though she was perfectly pleasant and seemed good. Still remain a patient of my regular PCP
