She is very involved, thorough, pleasant and caring. When my lab results were available to her she called me to say I needed to go to the emergency room. After being hospitalized and released I needed lab work again. She met with me, asked questions about my case, examined me and ordered lab tests. Again she called me when she got the results a couple of hours after my test. I thank her deeply.

First time i met Dr Jia. It was for knee pain. She took the time to perform an examination of the knee.

Good listener. Dr. Jia answered my questions and had helpful suggestions. She gave me a through exam and explained some terms that I was unsure of their meaning. Dr. Jia is a pleasant and knowledgeable practitioner. I most certainly would recommend her.

Very nice but she was unable to help me and said she would contact ENT as an emergency to see me on Monday. I asked her for a phone number in case I needed to reach them and she said it was on MyChart. However, there isn’t anything from her nor ENT on MyChart.
