She is thorough and makes her patients feel comfortable. She also provides all the details necessary to understand just where your surgery stands.

Jennifer listened to my reports of what I was experiencing in the follow up visits and offered suggestions and recommendations that really helped my post surgical recovery. Jennifer responded quickly to mychart questions and never gave me an impression that I was being a nuisance. This was also true of nurse Jackie [ ].

Jennifer listens to my concerns, answers all of my question in a straight forward way, and then confirms that she's addressed my question. She is obviously very knowledgeablebut more importantly can share that knowledge with people outside the medical community.
