Jennifer is top notch, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and comforting to speak with! Jennifer is quick to respond she takes her time to answer questions and discuss any concerns. I was so excited to hear Jennifer was going to be in the operating room while I had my surgery.

Thorough, knowledgeable, efficient without feeling rushed (she came already knowing my previous history- not just in ortho - but knew about other recent health issues. She had clearly looked at my chart & messages beforehand which allowed us to make the best use of our time. Aside from her being extremely bright & knowledgeable about the specific area I came in for, she was also able to suggest/recommend what SHOULD be done aNOW…but in a calm, warm, and reassuring manner. I left with appropriate referrals that will enable me to take better care of my disintegrating bones & body! Plus she made the visit FUN -remembering that my daughter was pregnant at the same time she was. That may seem to some as a waste of time, but it made a necessary medical appointment enjoyable!

Jennifer is amazing with her answering all of my questions through my-chart (and I had quite a few) and being so kind and patient with me. Her helpfulness in easing my anxiety by prompt answers and great explanations was so much appreciated!

Jennifer was very throrugh in explaining and answering my questions and concerns. There was an issue with the referral, I guess it was assumed I was going to Northwestern, I needed prior auth from my HMO so that I could go to [ ], so there will be a delay in starting PT.
