We came to this office so that my husband could be fitted for hearing aids. We can’t say enough about Jen and her exceptional care and knowledge of the process. She was even able to get us an appointment earlier than expected so that my husband could be fitted quickly and be more comfortable in his job. He’s Chief of Security at the county so she understood the need to quickly get him in hearing aids for not only important meetings but also for his safety. Greatly appreciated! Jen walked us through every step with her knowledge, skill, and ability to put us at ease with devices that were barely visible which of course was important to him in his job. We felt we were given the best care and Jen’s talents should be recognized and rewarded.

Ms. Hwang has been extremely helpful and caring during my testing, fittings and follow-up visits. Always reminding me if I need anything to contact her. I am a very inquisitive person asking many questions that sometimes veer off the exact topic of my care into other question about sound and hearing and Ms. Hwang seams happy to discuss the topics and answer my questions.
