Jennifer knows her stuff. Not only was she able to explain the test and about hearing loss, she also knew the advantages and disadvantages of different types of hearing aids, and how to work with different insurance companies, their processes, limitations, and issues. This made my visit very helpful, alleviating all of my concerns and setting realistic expectations.

The experience was great. Everything was explained during the setup of my hearing aids. Recommend Dr. Hwang to anyone who is hesitant to have the hearing checked and the fitting and setup. Very professional

I was late for my appt. due to an accident on the highway that had occurred . She was completely understanding of the situation. She performed a thorough hearing test, & explained everything. She was great!
