If you asked me at the end of my appointment, I would have told you a 10. But by the end of the day that score dropped based solely on the fact that Dr. Stein who had me meet with Jennifer in lieu of meeting with her, did not coordinate or align a plan. After I spent an hour and a half at NM Hematology, left the appointment with what I thought was a great plan, Dr. Stein completely changed Jennifer's plan, didn't bother to call me, and instead sent Jennifer to deliver the new plan. Therefore meeting with Jennifer as a provider at all felt like a waste of my time.

Very happy with the overall experience, I felt like my provider listened to my questions and concerns and we made a great plan for my health issues moving forward.

She was not personable and did not listen or address my concerns and that was the reason and purpose of the call. She called twice before my scheduled appointment as if she was eager to leave the clinic early and while on the call she only last 9 minutes me doing most of the talking expressing my concerns

She is a very nice person. She informs you of results of test and whatever that needs to be done, if any. Answers any questions that I might ask.
