Actually when I first went to Dr. Seymour, he said that I could lower my blood pressure from the high of 180 to a much lower range, if I started following the Mediterranean. His suggestions and medication prescriptions resulted in blood pressure readings in the 130’s to 140’s range — and I lost around 30 lbs. At 82 years old, I feel great and I owe a lot to his Gentle handling of me — a patient who tries to stay away from medicine, needles, and checkups in general. Thank you!

Dr. Seymour explains things well, he listens. I enjoy his sense of humor. I often ask for unusual blood work and he accommodates me. He recommends good books that are beneficial to my health. I trust him with my health and my entire family’s health.
