Dr. Seymour changed the way I eat and live —and probably saved my life. At my very first visit years ago, he said, “Lose 10 pounds of weight, and you will reduce your blood pressure by 10. Over the years, reduced my weight and blood pressure by 20. He listens to my whole story, and understands my medical reluctance, without criticism. I am very happy.
