His Presence is beyond words. He puts you at ease immediately. Listens, explains and takes time. My previous Dr passed away. Trying to find a new one was difficult. What impressed me was 4 times he said Welcome and Thank you for coming to us!!

Dr. Carter really always takes time to explain my conditions as well as my treatment options. He has been very attentive to my health issues from the past, present to future. I feel my health is his best interest. I never felt rushed. Very knowledgeable, caring, consultative, sensitive and informative doctor. He’s just awesome. The best doctor I ever had in my life.
