Janice Heffernan handled all my “issues” and “soothed” my concerns. Although I had a lot of questions, she took her time to answer each one, without appearing rushed. I worry about a lot of things, and she helped me put many of my issues to rest!!

My visit with APN Janice Heffernan for an annual Medicare wellness check was great. She was early to our appt, went over all my questions and gave thoughtful answers and advice, performed the required checklist quickly, and was very friendly and patient throughout. She was very knowledgeable about a current health issue I have been dealing with which was helpful.
