Fron the moment Dr. Koo took me as a patient (from my long time Dr. Jeffrey Kopin) I never ever make any decision about my health without contacting and discussing with Dr. Koo, Not only has he taken excellent care of me…but my Son, my Godson, a number of my friends I have sent to him…..Dr. Koo is the one Doctor I interact with whenever or whatever ailment or pains I have, I contact him first. As my Son and I often talk about him and the Excellent Doctor and Person he is..

He was warm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He guides me through the whole process and I didn’t feel like I was being judged or criticized. He understands the impact different diseases have on African Americans. That was very reassuring.

I would recommend Dr. Koo because he had a great patient-physician relationship. I truly believe that a good patient-physician relationship is one of the most unique human experiences I had, and it is undeniably integral to my health. Dr. Koo connects all my other team of doctors together when I’m having any type of surgery or test. He follows up with me when I have questions, tests, and/or surgeries. He knows my history and my family history and when I need to make a medical discussion, we make it together.
