I have many health issues and Dr. Koo stays on top of what my medical needs are. He listens to my opinions and concerns. Heencourages me to ask questions and explains things in ways I can understand. I always appreciate Dr. Koo’s availability to be there when I have a question or even when I tested positive for COVID.

In the past, I have had primary care physicians that make visits feel rushed and have been unwelcoming. However, Dr. Koo is the complete opposite. He is thorough and thoughtful when providing medical care. He makes sure that my questions and comments are heard and that I understand the recommendations and plans.

The the course of time I have been a patient of Dr. Koo I have always been given attentive care, given by him great concern of my medical care, follow up concerns, respect and thoroughness of my well being.
