He had already read and familiarized himself with my condition, history, and opinions of other members of my care team. He listened to me and believed me. We agreed on next steps for treatment, he thoroughly informed me of what to expect, asked me several times if I had further questions or anything to add, and he was enthusiastic about moving forward with my treatment plan and helping me get well. Truly extraordinary doctor. 10/10! Keep him! If at all possible, please add these comments to Dr Burns’ personnel file, to be reviewed and considered anytime there’s a reason to look through such records.
