Very knowledgeable, personable and excellent care. I liked how he actually assessed my knee after looking at the images. He felt it, watched me, listened to me… unlike the previous surgeon I had seen. Excellent plan of care from the beginning to after the surgery. Excellent pre-op teaching from his staff, excellent plan for pain control during and after surgery, after such a huge decision for an elective joint replacement. Great communication after surgery. First time in my 64 years I have received healthcare in this manner. I feel blessed that my insurance offered this Center for Excellence program.

He was professional, caring and put up with my nervous wacky humor. I don’t want a knee replacement but he made me feel ok about it with a solid explanation of the pros and cons. Ultimately, I may do it sooner rather than later. Most important, he acknowledged my pain and offered to do what he could to help until the procedure.

I was referred to Dr. Keswani by his colleague from a different hospital. I knew I was in a great hands, but doctor proofed it with his professional approach, so as with his kind and warm personality. He made sure I knew all that was planned during and after the procedure. He took his time to see me before and after. He also messaged me through the p portal as soon as the biopsy results were released. He also answered all the questions I had due to the results. I highly recommend Dr. Keswani to anyone in need of a GI procedure, not only of his professionalism as a surgeon, but also as a human being. We all know how stressful this moments are and being within such caring hands is a blessing.
