He is personable. He listens and has a sense of humor. He is charismatic. He is asking a lot of questions you can tell he asks often, but is listening to the answers. He also actually reads all of the questionnaires you fill out prior to the appointment. I always wonder if anyone does as it seems like you are asked the same things again as if they don’t already know. He commented about things I’d written and asked more in depth questions. He was compassionate and definitely made me feel like he cared about my condition.
