I think De. Bethke is extremely smart and very much trust his opinion and recommendations. And yet, he makes me feel comfortable when I ask questions probing the rationale behind his recommendations. He doesn’t hurry you along either but takes time to make sure your questions are answered and you are comfortable.

Additionally, Erica, the nurse supporting Dr. Osgood, was also phenomenal and I really enjoyed speaking with both of them despite being there for a not fun reason.
