Dr. Tsai is an excellent surgeon, but I didn't find her to have the best bedside manner. She's somewhat cold and impersonal. During a couple of my appointments she seemed impatient, i.e. she checked her watch in an exaggerated way, which made me feel rushed. However, her technical skills are more important, and I trusted that those were top-notch. Overall I'd recommend her and consider her a very good doctor.
