She did a scleral buckle on me Dec 1998, at the end of the day and after a full day of surgery. It took 6 hours. She had to work around an existing trabeculectomy and lens replacement. The retina was ~80% detached and had been so for weeks (prior visits to other doctors failed to show the problem, and at the time I wasn't able to recognize it for what it was). Still holding. Very thorough, very decisive, extremely skillful and intelligent. Considerate and thoughtful. Absolutely excellent.
