The follow up nurses did not call back and did not do a great job of explaining. The X-ray appointment I went to just following the appointment had a 5 min wait, they asked me to fetch paperwork because it would “be easier for me than them having to call.” Definitely was for them since it pushed the time back to 45 minutes for waiting even though I was gone for 2 mins. That receptionist could’ve just done her job instead of brushing it off to me and others would not have skipped me in line. This experience ruined my northwestern experience for good. Will be considering switching.
