I had been seen by Dr. Ling many years ago for a mallet finger I sustained. So, when I incurred another mallet finger injury, I looked her up and was able to see her once again. It was a no brainer based on her previous treatment and personal touch. While she didn't remember me, that was no consequence as her previous treatment resulted in me looking her up once more. And true to my very first visit with her, she did not fail. It was if we had seen each other only a week ago. She was still kind, professional and caring. She is a GREAT asset to Northwestern Medicine team and should be commended as such!!!!

Dr. Zoretic is caring, and understanding. My last visit was due to a problem that crop up unanticipated, after he was notified of my pain & triage, he determined I needed to be seen, and he made time out of his already full schedule to see me. The visit has paid off, after the visit and taking the medication he recommended I started seeing results. Thank you Dr. Zoretic. Also, thanks to your nurses, techs and assistance for helping with the appointment.
