Dr Pittman thoroughly reviewed imaging with me and provided me with a detailed rationale on why surgery was not necessary at this time. I would strongly recommend him purely based on how friendly he is, but also also a true professional who took research into consideration and not his pocket book. He advised against surgery at this time but provided me with resources to help with my abdominal issues.
