She is amazing. Young, beautiful, very chatty, caring and smart. The whole package. She genuinely cares about the patient. I was only diagnosed 9 months ago with scleroderma and have been a little scared and probably depressed ever since, but just her tone and confidence puts me at ease. I’m scared, I’m grieving and nobody gets it but her... I’m grieving myself, the old Sue, the one that doesn’t have scleroderma

This was my first visit with her, she was very nice, but the jury is still out on how I feel about her concern for me compared to my previous doctors in this department.

Dr Richardson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She seemed very concerned about what I was going through and about my health. She made me feel like she cared about my health and wanted the best treatments for me. She listened to what I said and the questions I had. She didn’t try to rush through my appointment.

It appeared that she had studied my LONG history before this first 'change of care' visit. However, and despite Covid, I would have expected a more hands-on examination (as Dr. Correia had done for our first/only visit in 2021).
