She’s an amazingly good clinician and has excellent communication skills. Northwestern might consider her transferring patients differently. We could easily stay with the previous system that is more convenient.

Provider wasn’t wearing appropriate attire (no white coat), long hair not tied. She didn’t appear interested in the patient. No eye contact. Seemed rushed. It was my first visit and she hardly asked any questions about my condition. Spent time typing and looking at the computer. The physical exam seemed very brief and not thorough. She didn’t listen to my concerns and dismissed me when I brought up questions. I doubt I’ll be coming back to see her. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been with NW Rheumatology for 8 yrs and always had a great experience with my providers.

She took her time to review my chart, asked questions and engaged me during my exam to make certain I understood her recommendations and any changes she might have made to my charts. I walked out feeling reassured my healthcare was met with knowledge and care.
