It was our initial consultation with Dr. Ly today, and I must say, he exceeded our expectations. He meticulously addressed each of our concerns and demonstrated a remarkable ability to put my adolescent at ease.

Normally I work with Dr. [last name]. Since he was not available I made appointment with his associate Dr. Ly. I felt very comfortable with him meeting him for the first time. He listened to me and was very thorough in his explanation of what he thought was the cause of my problem. He explained what he felt was the process we would take to care for my problem. He then told me what we would do if the initial care did not work. I would be fine with working with him again if Dr. [last name] was not available.

He was professional and very personable. First time I had an appointment with Dr. Ly. He gave me medical advice, explained it in words I understood instead of dr. talk and I am thinking I will use him as my primary Dr. He made a good first impression.
