Dr. Ly is phenomenal. He took the time to hear out all of my concerns and referred me to the right medical professionals/ departments to further address those concerns. I never felt rushed. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt very involved in my care. He provided so many resources. It feels like such a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. We have a solid game plan and I never felt more secure with decisions concerning my overall health. He’s extremely kind and supportive. I’m so grateful Dr. Ly is my PCP. I know I’m in great hands.
