Alex was very easy to work with and gave me the tools I needed to help strengthen my back and hopefully minimize the chances of back issues reoccurring.

He plans and thinks of what will strengthen and loosen my back. I have exercises that are easy to do at home now to keep the progress working. The pain and muscle tension is much better. I know I have to keep doing the work as maintaining this progress.
