Aleks helps me understand the psychology of pain and my fears surrounding chronic pain. He always listens to my issues and walks me through the benefits of exercises to strengthen my back and neck muslces.

Alex listens to you during your session. During my visit today he realized I was in pain and we weren’t to doing other things that weren’t going to continue to flare up my pain

I had been skeptical about doing physical therapy as I had done physical therapy at RMG in 2022 and was just sent home with at home exercises and no follow up appointments. I was discouraged but then started with Aleks and he has been amazing with working with me for my SI joint pain, I feel like I’ve had major improvement with him.

I have had years of PT. My experience with Aleksander is completely different. All new exercises. He takes into consideration everything going on in your life that may effect your pain. He is realistic with goals and exercises he gives you for home. First time I have had a therapist address my balance issues. He makes PT an enjoyable experience instead of miserable. I have already recommended him to others. Aleksander is fantastic!

I was a little apprehensive about PT until meeting Aleks at my first appointment. During the evaluation he genuinely listened and developed a purposeful plan to help me move comfortably again :-) Aleks is an excellent communicator. He is compassionate, honest, and supportive. His use of humor helped make even the most challenging PT sessions positive and productive. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends because he truly is amazing at what he does!

Alex is part of the spinal team and for the short time I have known him he has me on a awesome recovery program.

He is very kind and does his job very well with perseverance and by following his instructions I was able to see an improvement in the quality of my pain. I continue working at home and I noticed more strength in my muscles and the pain decreased.

Aleks is one of the most knowledgeable and attentive medical professionals I’ve ever been treated by. He shared interesting information about how our bodies work as it related to my pain and always explained why he had me do certain things. I appreciated him teaching me versus just handing me a list of exercises. Also, he was always honest and direct, while also having empathy for my pain. He took the time to understand me and how to improve my quality of life. Aleks made our sessions enjoyable, and most importantly, he was able to help me resolve my pain which I’ll always be grateful for.

My life has dramatically changed since I’ve been seeing Alek. I am no longer dizzy and feeling nauseated all day. Alek fixed that with a procedure to reset my inner ear. Every week my pain level gets more and more consistent where I originally had (5) days of pain versus two “not so bad” days to now averaging close to five or more good days a week. From someone that has been in terrible pain for a long time, I feel like a new person. Do I still have pain, the answer is yes. The big difference today is that my pain level is manageable, I can handle it. Hats off to Alek, great job.

Alek listens to you and builds a workable program that produces results. He is also responsible for the diagnosis of my balance issues and provided therapy to rectify my dilemma

He is one-of-a-kind DPT who cares and easily imparts that care to the patient. He “read” me early on and adjusted a treatment plan to address the complexities that make me me!! Alex is the best in my opinion!!
