Dr. Shepard is an extraordinary Doctor! He listens to all questions and concerns and actually addresses them! Dr. Shepard makes me feel as though he actually cares about my health and well-being and I truly appreciate Dr. Shepard for that!

Dr. Shepard is very professional, he was patient and listened to everything I had to say. He was also willing to call A colleague to confirm the medication he was transferring me to would be one that she thought would be the best as well.

It was my first visit and Dr. Shepard was very kind and I think he is very smart. English is my second language and I thought it was hard for me to explain my conditions but he understood me very well and he took a note down everything I explained to him (it was reflected on the after review). Got test results with his comment very quickly as next morning of my visit.
