I arrived with an issue related to a quick fix by trauma surgery that was proving to be a short term answer to a problem that needed an in-going long term solution and care. He took care of everything and made me feel like a valued patient that would always be heard and receive exceptional care.

Dr. Stein exemplifies many of the most important things I look for in a doctor. He reviewed records ahead of time but then wanted to hear details from me. He was clear about the limits of his knowledge of my condition and helped me find a provider better suited to my case. He has insight into frustrating aspects of medical care. And most important he didn’t seem to be rushing on to the next thing on his plate. I felt important which it seems like you should always feel but sadly this is missing so often in healthcare.

Dr Stein was very generous with his time with me and explained to me what to expect. Very compassionate and understanding to my situation. Hearing that he and Dr Carlson had already touched base on my case and having a plan in place is very comforting.
