Dr. Stein truly cares about getting to the bottom of very unusual problems & doesn’t jump into ordering numerous unnecessary testing. He is a thoughtful listener and deals with each question in real time & no question goes unanswered. He is a true professional.

It was my first visit to Dr. Stein. It was a referral appointment and he had not accessed my test records. So my appointment could have had a better outcome (and a higher satisfaction score). I believe there could have been better preparation by Dr. Stein and his staff if my records could have been retrieved and reviewed prior to my appointment. If his staff had informed me that my records needed to be requested more than a month ago (this appointment was a rescheduled appointment), I would have provided my authorization. I expected NW to be better than this.
