This was the first time that I have seen Dr. Aaron and it was a very positive visit. Per my Xray that was taken he immediately identified my problem and recommended the proper treatment. It is working. I would refer him to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Bare is very compassionate and cares about the patient as a whole, not just the body part he is treating. I have a very tricky case and we decided on a treatment that plan to not only fix the acute problem, but we discussed a plan for the remainder of the time I have my native knee.

I met Dr Bare for the first time for my right shoulder to discuss the MRI results as well as surgery and post care. That was very happy with him as he explained everything and spent the appropriate time with me.

Excellent medical training background. Northwestern Med overall had a good national reputation. Doctor does MANY of these surgeries each year. I felt comfortable with the doctor as a person during my consultations. His team was highly efficient in their follow up, which leads me to have confidence that I will be able to count on any help I need post-op, medical or administrative. My son, a PA, worked for this practice for 6 years and at times was assisting Dr Bare in the OR. His rec of Dr Bare carried heavy weight for me. I concurrently consulted with 2 other west suburban ortho practices and ultimately chose Dr Bare.
