Dr martini was outstanding, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed a tortuous colon and changed scope from adult to pediatric and also diagnosed diverticulitis. My last colonoscopy was at lake forest hospital and she found nothing. I will definitely go to Dr martini from now on

For all the reasons I've said in the past, such as professional, competent, keeps her knowledge/skills up to date, dedicated to her cause, a valuable professional to have in this area, etc. For this appointment, I was again given some good information to help me manage my LD and as I was walking out, Armi remembered to follow-up with something that I had asked her about, but I forgot to ask for the follow-up. That's awesome, because I would have been kicking myself for not asking that question that she answered (regarding previous measurements related to this measurement). She also promptly followed up with me as promised. She's a great asset to your organization.

I would rate Dr. Ganshirt above a 10. I had to see Dr. Ganshirt for another issue months so. He was so thorough in viewing my chart. He asked me about a few visits to the ER that I had I explained that I has acute pain come in suddenly. The first visit to the ER the diagnosis was possible appendix issue. But, the pain had subsided and there wasn’t anything conclusive from the exam or tests. The 2nd ER visit was the same type of acute pain. I told Dr Ganshirt it was lower in the groin area. He asked me if I felt a bulge.,I said one time I did feel a bulge. He says it is likely a hernia. He said to get to the ER the next time it happened. That the Medical team needs to feel the bulge in order to make the diagnosis. I had a few more episodes. But, the last ER visit was onna Saturday morning. I was lucky to get into be seen pretty quickly. The PA felt the bulge and said she was going to try to push it in. Hurt like heck. But, it worked. It reduced the pain. I told her I would like to see Dr Ganshirt to discuss the possibility is surgery. I was able to get an appt with Dr Ganshirt the next week. He thankfully said that his team would contact me to schedule surgery for and inguinal Hernia.
