We recently switched to Dr. Rho after feeling frustrated and confused with the lack of communication from our previous pulmonologist. Our family had so many unanswered questions, and we didn’t fully understand the diagnosis or what the future held. Dr. Rho took the time to explain everything in detail, from previous lab results to CT chest scans, making sure we fully understood what was happening in the lungs. He patiently answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns, helping to ease the stress we had been feeling for so long. For the first time, we feel hopeful and confident in the care we’re receiving. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Rho's expertise, compassion, and clear communication.
