Dr. Carlins did not seem interested in my issues. I was very ill and frightened for my health! This was my third doctor's appointment in 5 days- 2 previous urgent care visits. I was very hopeful for genuine care and concern. He stated that, ' It looks like a sinus infection!' That was speculative! What steps could he have taken to be certain of that diagnosis? The exam was inadequate!
