Dr. Walsh seemed very concerned, compassionate, and patient. Someone I think I could trust if I need to have surgery on my Cervical Spine. Laura Bailey APRN, CPN on the other hand lacked being concerned, compassionate, and patience. I was a new patient trying to navigate my new injury, and needing options. She did not seem to be able to get past the options she was giving which were not going to work for me, and my pain. The doctor was able to work around her options though. She clearly has not been in the kind of pain some of us are in that bring us to doctors like Dr. Walsh.
