Dr Teven was professional, friendly, reassuring, and very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is the best of any doctor I have ever seen. He patiently answered my questions, explained that he positioned stitches from the excisional facial biopsies in creases where they would be the least noticeable, and gave excellent after care instructions. I appreciated, too, that he explained during each biopsy each step that he was going to take before he did it and what sensation I might feel.
