He listens carefully, isn't rushing through an exam, answers questions thoughtfully and in a way that is understandable, balances time on a computer and communicating with eye contact. He is extremely thorough and doesn't make me feel he's being timed and has to get to the next patient.

Dr Posner is very engaging and has a great bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything that was happening and could potentially happen. Not once did I feel rushed. He has an awesome personality. Very enjoyable to talk with. His nurse Royanne was also the same way. Every doctor and nurse team should be this way!
