Dr Chang is very thorough in his thought process. He explains his diagnosis but also makes sure before his final diagnosis. Not one to jump in and say you have to have surgery. Also called me personally with diagnosis and options.

Dr. Ganshirt and his staff are exceptional. I've had 5 or 6 appointments and find that the entire staff is always pleasant, efficient, caring and skilled. I've also had a couple occasions when I've called the office with health concerns. The first time I did, I found myself in the office talking to Dr. Ganshirt within a couple hours. At the time I thought it may have been a fluke to have such personalized, prompt care, but yesterday I had the same experience. Dr. Ganshirt understands that when you're in pain or concerned about your health, minutes feel like hours and hours feel like days. He reassures all of my concerns with compassion, understanding and professionalism. I am so thankful to be in his care.
