I am overall very happy with Dr. Puzio-Bell. The only issues I have are that I wish she would call her patients directly with any abnormal test results rather than having a nurse call the patient . The other thing I find backwards is that the patient views test results on MY CHART before the doctor. When I called for an explanation of results , the nurse said that the doctor will review in 5 to 7 business days and someone will get back to me . In the meantimeI'm frantically trying to make sense out of all the medical jargon through Google. It's very stressful and scary. Also, Ive been seeing her regularly the past year for an unexplained illness which caused me immense stress and confusion. I didn't get much of an explanation at my visits and each time I came in I was asked the same questions over and over which should have been in my notes. These were such questions as 'what did the allergist say' or 'why did you see a kidney doctor', when she was the one that referred me with no explanation. This is where I believe computer system for note-taking is worse than actual chart notes. So much is overlooked.Upon my last visit, I was very pleased with my care. She is friendly, respectful, concerned and kind.

Dr Vora is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail when viewing my medical history, labs, and current situations. She explains everything throughout the visit and answers all my questions. Dr Vora works with the patient in choosing the best treatment and does not suggest anything unnecessary or too invasive.
