I first met Carly in my surgery room before going into the surgery suite. She was accompanied with another highly intelligent and compassionate PA-C both giving me so much calmness as I struggle with panic attacks and adhd. Carly explained in detail everything that will be happening in the surgical suite when I arrive there, … from meeting up and seeing the Anesthesiologist again (whom explained everything in detail to me in my room, and is so awesome quick wit funny and intelligent), seeing Dr [name] again after his visit introducing himself reassuring me I’m in good hands with Dr [name], himself and the surgical team, and just speaking with Dr [name] in my room explaining everything in detail to me again, taking his time making sure I am comfortable and I understand the procedure, and also meeting and having Nurse Steuart keep my family closely posted during the surgery…. Carly explained what would be happening post-op the medications for my at home recovering and if I needed anything to please put in a call for assistance. Carly called me at home asap after I put in a call for more medication and to discuss my discomfort. She made me feel so cared for by suggesting and explaining everything to me from what my incisions should look like with the surgical glue, to my pain level. At my in person checkup care, Carly examined my incisions and reassured me seeing how all is healing so well, looking good and confidently stating the inside scare tissues lumps from the robotic incisions will all heal back down. Carly is absolutely highly intelligent with such a warm compassionate heart. Any patient should be considered blessed (and is) to be under Carly’s care. Carly is truly an Angel that has been put here on earth. Thank you!
