She is personable- she is not aloof and cold. She has a great memory, even though we see her only once a year. Plus, we have been seeing her for twenty years- she has never given us a reason to leave her, where in another case, one of your doctors HAS given us a reason to leave.

He is so down to earth and personable. I never felt rushed. He listened and explained what may have occurred to cause the pain I had, in a way that I could completely understand. I had as much confidence in him as I would any doctor and I would definitely reach out to him again for any other issues that may come up with my knees or hips.
