Samantha was very kind and considerate and listened to all of my concerns. She has a great deal of compassion and is perfect for someone like me that had hearing that declined even further since last year. She sent the results to my doctor immediately and gave me some advice on what to do next.

Dr. Rensch was very good! She was kind and explained all that she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable and understood all that she was doing. The audiology exam was pleasurable. She was very professional and helpful and answered all questions that i had and offered information about my insurance that was very helpful. I was extremely satisfied with her.
